Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, clean and nice decor. Good shower pressure and heat. Super friendly staff and great hearty breakfast. Safe parking (just remember to give the staff your number plate). Just a skip away from Blaby Town centre, so nice and calm at night and in the morning, but all the conveniences and night life you might want when staying in a smaller town. On a more personal note, very close to my grandma's retirement home, so great for a family visit. Thank-you to everyone here for making us very welcome :D
Basic but cheap and cheerful ideal for what is needed.. staff very helpful and accommodating no bath towels in the room was happy to get them for me straight away and extra toiletries. Ideal location (30 second walk) to the small village with pubs and shops. Partner was worried instaying as heard refugees were at the hotel no signs at all of any.. very peaceful and pleasant stay. Bed comfortable only problem would have preferred more pillows. Only had one pillow each
This is under a new administration and started a very nice Indian restaurant and bar.
We stayed at Westfield House hotel last weekend and found it to be a good quality budget hotel. The rooms were clean and well presented, the bed was comfy and the staff were helpful. The decorative standard was ok, however given the price it was exactly what I expected. There is a small bar and seating in reception for a drink if you want one. Slightly strange but the reastuarant on site only opens Mon-Thursday I believe, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the local area if you visit when the restaurant is shut. All in all a great place to get your head down for a good price. Would definitely use next time we visit our friends locally.
Working locally. This hotel meets all our requirements. Clean, warm and I have to say the staff have accommodated our ever needs and requirements. Bibble the receptionist was fantastic. We will be using this hotel again if we are working in the area again. It is also going through a refurbishment programme.
We were pleasantly surprised having read some of the reviews. Our room was in the Annexe, we paid an extra £2 for a larger room and it was well worth it. The room was clean and comfortable. There seems to be some ongoing updating if some of the "tired" parts of the building. There is ample parking and the location is central to shops, pubs and restaurants. For business meetings the location is good as you avoid driving into a busy Leicester city centre.

Lovely place ,but expensive for what it is ,the tv is so small you can hardly even see the people in the tv,the hit water is nit hot enough. But overall it not to bad they just need to pay .ore attention the the tv being so small. And the hit water needs to be hotter. Thank you. I will stay again they not to bad .
